Year after year, the Philippines has retained its top position for service delivery centres based on its cultural affinity to the US, its highly educated workforce, and its customer oriented service mentality, along with generous tax incentives provided by the government. The country still ranks top in many customer satisfaction surveys, measured in terms of cost as well as performance.

Why “operationalizing RPA” is the right solution for SSOs in the Philippines

The traditional service delivery model was built on low-cost FTEs and linguistic capability. But, in today’s world, low-cost FTEs are no longer as compelling as they once were.

Given the multiple decade’s track record in providing reliable, cost-effective services to multinationals, it is not surprising then to see that the Philippines has the highest proportion of multifunctional centers across the region – presenting a comparatively more mature Shared Services market.
