Responsible in driving the over-all HR Transformation program for BIG HR. The role involves partnering and coaching HR Directors and Managers in ensuring that their HR Organization is designed correctly with a strategic Center of Expertise (COE), with the right HR Business Partners and help design, transition, and sustain strong HR Shared Services organization.
Focuses on strategic projects and systems, interlocks with the different HR Bottlers on the current and future processes, systems and automation requirements: Act as a COE on the design and processes on Employee Central, partner with BIG IT in coming-up with long-term HR systems portfolio, identify immediate technical deployments and run the request for change for the HR team. The person shall also ensure BIG HR process standardization, metrics, reports, systems, HR Shared Services model, among others are aligned, deployed and kept standard across all of BIG.
Owns the end-to-end Integration of the SuccessFactors deployment within BIG HR working on the roadmap creation and maintenance, managing deployment kick-offs, process and systems alignment, development, deployment, post go-live support and change management.
· Automating the process for accurate and timely payments
· Integrating HR and payroll system for reduced admin work for HR
· Deciding on an in-house payroll software versus outsourcing
